The question you should be asking is why did World Moto merge with Netprofitsten. NPFT was a shell company created by Israeli investors who have a history with P&D's.
Go back to the pump. Dec./jan 2013. Stock promoters.com has the company not being paid anything directly. But could have very well been something on the side.
I remember the $1mil investor, but not a name. Don't think it was made public. I believe his shares were bout at about 27/28 cents. Bet he is not real happy.
