Just thinking, the SEC must have been contacted a million times, with questions about CSHD/CVSU/FHAL. With all the attention this stock is getting, they still allow it to trade, so in my opinion Rufus and CSHD is legit. It's just a matter of time until all of us go OHHHHH, that's why we're worth 15-25 dollars a share. If you look at companies that have been frozen by the SEC, they didn't receive half of the attention this stock has. Just a matter of time folks. JMO

Awesome post and I can’t believe I didn't realize the logic in this before! Nice Cassity.
I owned and currently own GAPJ, small penny play which was halted for over two weeks just due to spam emails earlier this year. They halted and then investigated. If SEC hasn't halted with an actual ticker change (which took two tries), the major claims by the CEO himself, and the huge number of inquiries, then there silence

INTERESTING QUESTION FOR BASHERS: If Rufus does not have the interest in these bonds that have been PRed, why haven't those who do own these large bonds stepped forward?
Also, what does Rufus have to gain if he is claiming these bonds as assets, if this is not legitimate?
A few days of fame before he is found out and prosecuted?
Seems highly unlikely to me.
We are not talking about small numbers here either, Rufus is now claiming CSHD has brought in over $1 BILLION in bonds into "CSHD's Asset Back Management facility" and claiming he will back this up with a 10-K to be filed with the SEC.
If this is not true, surely you bashers and naked shorters would have already alerted the real bond holders that Rufus is publicly using their bonds in PRs, as if they are assets in CSHD, and that they should speedily alert authorities of this scam.
Funny this has not happened, as this would be the quickest way you bashers could prove CSHD is a scam and shut Rufus down, especially since, in the last PR, Rufus is still claiming the 10-K is coming (to prove everything he is saying).
Come on bashers, get with it, you can shut this thing down now, if it is really a scam -- however, considering you have not done this (at least to my knowledge), what does that tell us?
Should be an interesting 10-K, especially when we get to see what the price of CSHD's shares are reset at!
Any guesses?
$25
$30
$32
Other?
IMO

NO HERE is the best question.
If they are false, he KNOWS some of the sleuths on here would find out. HELL even if they are 100% correct, the DUH-Streets and Distortion er I mean dimension will discredit it SOMEHOW.
Knowing this, why would anyone publically claim with tracking #'s any information that was false. AND spend the money on the PR. That would take the stock into the ground faster than anything.
If THAT was his interest, then, well...Rufus would be in big trouble.
THAT IS NOT HAPPENING.
I think this guy actually cares about the people that follow this and believe in him. Otherwise, I don't think he needs to release the PR's that he does. He could just wait till the big 10 is released.

Point on the 144's. Couple of people listed on the Yahoo list are people that I know and talk to daily on this stock. I questioned them when I saw them on the list. If you look at the list it positions as these folks are selling. I can speak for two on that list and they are simply removing their restrictions. They are not insiders and not selling. As for the others, I don't know. I hope to show in the 144 list soon myself. I think that E*trade finally figured it out.
I don't plan on selling anytime soon. I will take 5-10% of my position off the table at the reset, but will be long with the remaining position.

I will speak for myself. I have been in FHAL before it was traded anywhere. 75% of my shares are restricted for one year. That has long passed, but I never bothered to remove beacuse the stock was not going anywhere and it actuall costs money to have the restriction removed by the broker. I never bothered until all this happened. Of course I will sell some of my shares when the restriction is removed. I am sure that there will be some volume after the price reset.
My take is that the 10K and business projected will support the new price. Any type of short squeeze would also help. If I feel that the 10K and business support a 30-50 stock then I will not sell as much and wait on those levels. I think anyone that has been in this stock this long will take 10% of the position off the table.

Was part of the term sheet that I signed. I would imagine that most of the FHAL shares should be free to trade as this has been on the open market for almost two years now.
