Do think the bankruptcy has anything to do with volume? I cant speak for anyone else, but I'm switching my investment strategy to buy low and sell high (LOL). Thinking about 7.5 Million shares hitting zero volume has me waiting to see "if/when" the price gets cheaper.

By the way, I have copies of the initial pleadings from the federal court house. Nothing happening yet. Looks like notice to creditors is being prepared. Once the notice is mailed and published, their is a time limit to file claims(dont remember what it was). After time limit expires, their is a meeting of creditors. If CBQI wishes to accuse SOCT of a breach of contract, it will not hurt file a claim and attend the hearing. Bart may want to have a claim prepared regardless of what he intends to do (Just in Case). I'm beginning to think that ANY bigger board, including AMEX, would be OK & to our advantage. Don't want to be the one who turns down a new Ford & continues to ride a skateboard because I really want a Lincoln (which BTW I don't).
