GCRox99, considering the fact that theres not much, if any, revenue coming in, its pretty ridiculous that they couldnt complete a simple 10Q on time.

There's alot to cover, they'll most likely file late...afterall, they do any other time.

GCRox99, according to Pacer today, neither Mediamax or Sunncomm have answered Clements suit up in NY, if memory serves me right, failure to answer a complaint pretty much affirms all of the points listed in the complaint and sets up a default judgement.
