Cutting deals with mall owners paying to have them open a location tells me they don't need to raise so much money. They have a magnet and that is entertainment and food for children to have parties in a safe, clean environment.
The mall owner is thinking of all the kids saying things like, "Mommie, I want .... and I want .... and I want ...." and the parent saying, "OK honey, it's your birthday, you get what ever you want."
That's just good business sense.
