To the first point...unless a company has revenue, it's just implied value. Any company can say they're worth X and back into justifying it...this is the life blood of the OTC.
As to why it would drop...with no news other than GCC Inc is in the mj sector, how would they justify a 125million valuation. Although, this is the OTC
