I'm hopeful that it's earlier and that they already started drafting the contracts prior to CES, but worse case start the count with CES and add 3 months.
The way things move (as it appears )at QMC, If there was no Kisco involved then it is + 3 months easily. With Kisco involved I would say its earlier.
I would have thought a lot of preliminary agreements would have already taken place. Like, if you can make Cd free qdots then we will need this amount within this space in time. I would have thought that the film quality was the missing piece of the pie. Maybe it was negoitations or renegoitations that was the reason for the management flip at QMC. That makes more since than the R/S scenario to me.
