Exactly SSO. Delgado himself warned against them.

He said he would notify all shareholders via his PRs.

He stated his thoughts on FB on September 6, 2016.

I would like to address the issue of any private conversations I have with shareholders and others interested in the Company. No information regarding any event has been disclosed to any individual or group, other than what has been published in the PR's or on the FB page. Any comments to the contrary are strictly the sole and independent comments of the poster.

He certainly wouldn't want the SEC ticked off again.
