omg. I knew I wasn't out of there yet.

The man who called was a very good friend who helped me immensely throughout the years. That's the only reason I did not hang up. (And I can guarantee you that was the reason they dumped the chore on him.) There's a discrepancy in the numbers. Talked him through where to find things. He said one of the accounting AVPs wants me back as a consultant. My response was a quick "Oh hell no!"

Plus which he is not the primary on the system. The sneaky fhindu bitch who owns it is off in India for four weeks. "Working" from there for the first two and then on vacation for the second two. How the f. u. c. k. does she get away with disappearing for the busiest two months of the year? Un-frigging-believable.
