As to trades known by the agent, PPHM is aware of them as well as any accumulation > 5%

...and just like how now more than ever is known from protein pathways that were never known before and would be considered material event info at times....maybe now the tracking and transfer of shares or "how" certain trades are initiated and completed are also now material events that must be shared by Peregrine BODs, as it may prove a lid is forcing the pps of PPHM to be illegally toyed with...
