Is the R84 the former 2C3 VTA we used with Oxigene?

These were past endeavors that "went missing" never to be spoken about again...among others.

They are not fabricated projects. All were broadcast publicly.

The R84 next generation Avastin blunder is by far the most disappointing. Huge opportunity screwed up in my opinion.

Where were they spoken about the first time? I have been here a long time and do not recognize these as past endeavors from Peregrine. Please post source.
