I wouldn't be surprised if the market doesn't even notice.

The price pressure should be upward. The revenues look like they are going to stabilize at $10M per year (Canadian), which equates to $7.5M USD. At a 1-to-1 P/S ratio, that's a market cap of $7.5M (versus $5M currently).

They pulled in $5.55M from the sale, and will net $5M (Canadian).

Quick read seems positive to me. But the morons did release on a closed market day, too.
