My point is who gives a crap. Every one of these penny stocks is a scam. Play the momentum in the story then sell it. That's it. Penny stocks are nothing more than a vehicle to purchase and sell as a form of making money

I've been trading pennies for over 20 years. I have a pretty good grasp of how the market works

Adding clarity and removing possible fear uncertainty and doubt regarding the t-trades:

Over half of the supposed float traded and this one ended up going down(after hour t trades)?

The t-trades only show that one or many of the market makers made a transaction during the day at that price.

They just report it at the end of the day and it appears in traders charts as a pretend "after hours" trade.

Nothing about the future stock performance can be inferred by examining the price level of a t-trade placed "after hours" when the day is over.

To say there it is good or bad because the t-trade is above or below the closing price is meaningless. The t-trade just happened at a price level during the day that is all.

Perhaps there was so much activity at that price that they were too busy filling trades keeping the market orderly. So it was most efficient to just summarize it end of day for example.

It is also incorrect to infer once again that t-trades represent the company diluting. My request for why the conversation here concluded that has been soundly ignored.

So only the market makers do know what the t-trades are, and they have not provided any useful information here.
