I tried doing some research on ray barton and it seems as though he is the problem..... Hopefully the inability to raise money for equipment will force someone's hand to turn on this ray barton person. Fraud charges need to be brought against him by the shareholders along with a civil action if worst comes to worst
Ok well if this is true that Ray is flat out stealing. If he gets paid a lump sum no matter how the stock does then any money he takes is theft.
So I figure that he must benefit from the stock going up because why "pump and dump" otherwise? Right? I don't 100% understand how the money gets dispersed...
