I believe the stock would go up huge if numbers r attached to anything he says related to a signed purchase order or binding contract that the other party would acknowledge!
I would buy more if he would explain his failures! It's almost like he has automated updates that r carefully worded to keep everyone invested and confused! Then u get these guys who say drive up to Canada and do your dd!!!! Mills should be updating us at the least once a month in detail!
