On May 21, 2016 I added both Niagen and Pterostilbene to my regular supplements for maintenance of health. Keep in mind, I'm not a scientist, physician or dietician. I've added it based on my own research. Following is where I make my purchases. Many purchase options exist and Chromadex is the ingredient supplier for all of them.

Niagen from Thorne Research 60 250 mg capsules
https://www.amazon.com/Thorne-Research-Nicotinamide-Supplement-ChromaDex/dp/B01FIJAW8M?th=1

Pterostilbene from Jarrow 60 50 mg capsules
https://www.amazon.com/Jarrow-Formulas-Pterostilbene-Cardiovascular-Neurologic/dp/B005ACNW5S/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1483995763&sr=1-1&keywords=Jarrow%2BFormulas%2BPterostilbene&th=1

As I've read reviews over the past year I've noticed an interesting pattern. Younger people tend to not see a difference from Niagen, while the older a person is, the more likely they will see/feel a difference. It makes sense since younger people haven't experienced the same loss of NAD+ yet. It's a bit too soon to definitively know the overall effectiveness of it long term. However, the extensive body of research has been quite compelling and I've decided to give it a try.

I don't hold shares long or short. My interest is in the ingredient niagen/nicotinamide riboside/NR

Gracias Karen! I think I need to try this. I'm 45 and it sounds like this may provide some benefits. I am a shareholder but like many, am disappointed but still holding.

Cheers,

Pablo
