I don't think that is possible given their size. I believe they are setting this up to sell the rights for this specific usage and have that company take it to market.

Not on their own. It will take Billions to get this to market. Thats why the only play for PMCB is a partner/buyout. Imagine what the pps would shoot up to if Pfizer partnered with PMCB.
