How much are the warrants? Guess that is are the rights to buy bonds or preferred stock, is that correct.

Theres quite a bit keeping people from buying them...

Congress for one.

Lawsuits for another (would you buy shares that cant be delivered with a marketability?)

you really should read the orginal agreement. too easy to spin off.
Anyway, my understanding is they cannot sell the warrents to the general public, they can exercise them however.
