The public float is 200 million. Mostly bought up early by the company and retail. The naked short shares are mainly what are trading. I still have mine and I know some other large holders who are also waiting. The naked short used to destroy Ammerman and LFWK is the only reason retail has any shares.
The float is really 200 million and that is good enough to get them on the NASDAQ. When the naked short covers, the 200 million will remain.
