What these guys have been allowed to pull off and continue to get away with is deriluction of duty on steroids.

They deserve to be marched out of Tustin on the receiving end of a pitchfork.

Have they legally breached their fiduciary duty? It is not to far fetched to believe they have in my opinion.

What we are witnessing goes beyond just poor decision making...it is darker than that.
