You need a float to get on the NASDAQ, insiders said publibly they would sell back at a much higher price when the share price was relatively much lower, maybe they made a deal with the devil with no dilution...all part of "THE PLAN!"

Could be why the share structure hasn't been updated lately along with the audited fins...could be why wessal hasn't starting buying yet (if indeed they haven't), they sell with a deal and then enters wessal to scoop up the shares with
NO DILUTION!

All IMO, please refute!
