I can definitely agree with that...but you just had to put an added fact in the mix...that the company is bankrupt. What about when the company is NOT bankrupt. It was your contention that a restructuring ALWAYS IN EVERY INSTANCE requires recapitalization. If you start putting specific facts in there, such as bankruptcy, that doesn't quite add up to your contention.
