I seem to recall having suggested that a couple of years ago. However the "for free" part was not part of the equation.

IMO these police would have to be

1. contract employees receiving a per diem or hourly rate for admin coverage. Nothing outrageous mind you. $2-3 per hour would suffice I believe.

2. A uniform TOU would have to apply.

3. An appeal process.
