You are missing my point.

I am not saying McCusker is an illegitimate business. I have no evidence either way that is verifiable to suggest if they are or are not.

However their choice to go public via this venue is instantly suspicious. And also instantly dangerous, if legitimate debt claims against the ORRV scam are still out there, which is often the case with these defunct companies.

A much better way for a legitimate company to go public would be by filing Form 10 or a S-1 with the SEC and starting fresh, assuming the Form 10 or S-1 is deemed effective. Which would not be a problem for a legitimate company.

And what are you talking about all the new info on the OTC infomercial site? ORRV is still a dark filer.
