It cost much more then 200 or 300k to go public lol.

Also being a merging company there are these silly books that I get to look over with the company I plan to merge with.

Just saying, it isn't as bad as you make it sound at all, and the reason you never seen a successful one is because you clearly aren't looking.

Our opinions may differ, but we shouldn't bend the facts.

Merging with a public company is a cheaper and faster way to go public, and there is no data to support that it is any more riskier going this route.
