True.. NV judge granted those custodianship...

Did Tracy disclose to the Nevada judge that he is under investigation by two branches of the SEC over what they feel are fraudulent S-1 filings?

If not, the custodianship was granted under fraudulent premises.

I cannot fathom any NV judge granting custodianship to these, and many other dormant shells, if full disclosure was made.

Or is the granting of custodianship a rubber stamp event like the plethora of Section 3(a)(10) exemptions effected fraudulently - And then the feds have to sort it all out?

These local magistrates who approve of these type hijackings are not in federal enforcement anyway....
