Actually that is incorrect. The RoHS still allows for cadmium and allows lower limits (thus Nanosys Hyperion).

What has held back everyone is Samsung taking the lead on quantum dot TVs and using only cadmium free. It's a game of follow the leader.

Now that Mr. Squires is back at the helm, I'm quite sure he will be highly invigorated to set several milestones.

Maybe he'll disclose the contracts that were in someones bottom drawer (Called Sand Bagging)...my guess, that was all going to come out after succeeding with the "Preferred Shares" and our "Votes" were going to not matter much in the future.

Expecting a new "Proxy" soon...we shall see
