In the WSJ article that I synopsized earlier on flouxatine 20 mg. (100 pills), I believe that the cost was about $200 at your neighborhood pharmacy, $100 in Canada and $15 at Costco in Washington State. (Unfortunately, the WSJ only used that one drug for their sample in the article in question) So, I think that Forbes article is right on the money. I think that with prscription drugs, one really should shop around. There are tremendous discrepancies in the drug price structures in that industry. Mark-ups of 2000% do exist and you have to be on your guard!
