Anonymous works - that's the way the AOL message board "community cop" system works - you get a new alias for Admin purposes.

Probably be best that way on IHUB too so that the admin person can log and deal with that account separately plus that account Matt, etc. could have access to the PMs for review since it's a "company alias"
