That was the operative fact keeping me away from "Cozying with Carl". Traders will buy into CVRR as they have already, ahead of his gov involvement with Trump admin and energy policy. I expect him to get it done relating to the EPA. I am still staying away from CVRR until I see a decent distribution on the horizon or in the bank via company CC.
