There are a few that you can look up on a daily basis but I don't know about streaming. Try these:

http://www.secinfo.com/ (this one will actually mail you an alert of a particular ticker if a filing comes out)

http://rankandfiled.com/#/stream (that one does it by the minute but I am not sure if they do otc's)

shows market i.e. NYSE, OTC, etc...click the "filed" tab to sort by latest rather than type---each time you refresh you must toggle the "filed" tab or it reverts back to alphabetical form type...
