WELL GOLDEN---VERY GOOD POINT--why would a company who took them to court still help with funding? MAYBE THEY BELIEVE IN THE COMPANY ALSO AND JUST WANTED TO CLEAR UP A FEW THINGS BEFORE CARRYING ON WITH UNICO/ really not a bad move on their part . could be good for restructuring and that is what UNICO did and now the price per share is alot better and will now bring bigger and better investors.......i would think that relief would be on UNICO,S shoulders and the management can now think easier-IMO------GLTA-------JIERA
