Bespoke had been given very good bonuses for achieving increases in shareprice.I don't think this is the case with KCSA.
However if I heard well at the CC they said they had already bought shares in the company.But with developments coming up and the anticipated increase in their investment because of the spin-offs etc.,can't see where the motivation and hurry is for them to do their best and try to get institutions to invest as soon as possible, without waiting for the spin offs and IPO's.
