As I said from the very beginning of this conversation, only Obama can release the documents without court order. (Emphasis on the court order). Of course, if the claims are overturned by court, then the documents will be made public. This doesn't change the fact that Trump's hands are tied on the documents without court order or Obama releasing the documents.

Great argument. lol. Watt is a concern as long as he is in the position, and he is in the position for the next 4 years or so. No one can change that except Watt or Congress (with cause).

Exactly...which is why the government won't settle. Fraud is still on the table which could lead to a release of the documents that the government would be settling to prevent. They'd lose twice if that happened!
