Do you see them spending their money to buy stock on the open market?

There is NOTHING to make the PPS move. Avid is all they have with 4 customers.

If one has a BOTCHED trial that is going to cut off its blood supply.

They wont buy their own stock but dilute it to death.

Markets have never been better.

One day up 6 cents, 30 days down.

Why would they not buy if they knew anything good was going to happen in the future?
