The housing bubble is in free fall. All indicators are down.
Look at the CRB. If it drops the DOW will surely follow. They both rose during the recovery, it is likely they will both drop during the coming recession. A decline in crude oil prices is not bullish. It means the economy is weak.
Nobody employed by the government has ever predicted a recession. No Fed boss has ever predicted a recession.
