ENTA—BlackRock upped its stake to 10.4% on 11/30/16 from 8.9% on 12/31/15—an increase of ~300K shares:

Whenever Blackrock is mentioned as a big holder, I think that the passive owners think more of the stock than active managers. Does anyone have access to determine how much of the Blackrock position is in passive ETFs?
