I'm curious about your comment. You sound like you have some intimate details or knowledge that the owners got together to specifically conduct unethical behavoir from the get go. I'm assuming you've conducted some sort of research with your due diligence and can share with the rest of us the proof of their intent if it's not what they have been claiming. Please, I would appreciate this information if it's true.
