Keep in mind Jantzen was a bean counter for a lower tier accounting firm with apparently no corporate finance experience before she was hired and compensated nearly $1/2 million to be a CFO.

And Jantzen took over from Kane who lacked corporate finance experience yet had been hired for even MORE money.

MUCH more profitable working for the company than being an owner!
