The fact that anyone is measuring his successes or failures before his term is even over is beyond me. It's like being paid for winning a race in the middle of it, it can't logically be done. I would like to know the source of that propaganda poll and besides historians are who you want them to be, so that poll has no logical basis or any serious meaning.
