Yep, if things don't change with TALK, eventually they will be delisted. However, it takes on average 2-3 years of being delinquent before anything happens to these penny turds. I would say TALK has another year or so before they get the boot. What I worry about is the possibility of them enacting a reverse split. My guess is TALK will enact a reverse split and/or increase the shares authorized within the next 3 months.
