"Mother McCready! Who holds annual shareholder meetings on early Sunday mornings?"
I didn't see this, but it was the first sentence in the October Proxy Statement:
"On behalf of the Board of Directors of NanoViricides, Inc., I cordially invite you to attend the Annual Meeting of Stockholders to be held on Sunday, December 11, 2016, at 9:30 a.m., Eastern Daylight Time, at the Sheraton Stamford Hotel, 700 E Main Street, Stamford, Connecticut, 06901."
So we shouldn't have been surprised at this point. That said, except for Berkshire Hathaway, who uses a whole weekend, I doubt that one would be able to find even a handful of US public companies holding their annual meeting on a Sunday. I found ONE....a Winery.
