I support your statement of the R/S. i personally had 4 this year with this one 5 and currently trailing in all all of them and worse has affected my ability with short term investments cash flows created by a decline of the overall price following immediately after the split. The R/S to me are like a legal pump and dump for the insiders benefit and nothing else. Even as long term investments are good R/S splits are for very long term holders. i do no expect any institutional investor run after my high priced pumped shares after the split even with good earnings following. If they are some concerned about the stock been undervalued the easiest way to lift investor confidence is to give a forward split in form of dividend to the long suffer stockholders
