This is what I remembered... "Berman's departure was never explained, and Levy assumed Berman's duties."
...but this is pretty clear: "President Keith M. Berman abruptly resigned amid reports of unexpected losses and an infusion of cash from directors and others."
It's not that important...it's just that if he was really fired it would be interesting to know that. Again, I'm a pretty careful reader and I didn't see that anywhere.
"Never explained" makes it interesting. If the Complaint allegations were true, either resigned or fired fits the circumstances.
