No offence taken. Would you be willing to share details on the agreement between Vedanti and Max Sound going forward, and in particular with the continued legal action in Germany? Assuming you are Constance Nash that is.

Also --- I'm curious about ODT being standard fare in electrical engineering courses. Very little about ODT comes up on Google searches. (But I suppose it wouldn't would it). Is there a text book you can cite or some other scholarship? A journal?

Hi Ms Nash, I've come pretty late to the party, however having read probably a third of all the posts on this board and certainly all of yours I defer to your superior knowledge of all things Vedanti.

If you have a moment could you please indulge me as I have a couple of questions pertaining to the current litigation between Vedanti Licensing Limited/MAXD and Google & Netflix. I am aware that there are hearings in Germany on the 8th Dec, 27th Jan and 2nd May. My due diligence suggests that the hearing on Dec 8th in Germany is a Nullity hearing, more commonly known in the USA as an Inter Partes Review (IPR). If this is the case, given your background with the patents, how do you believe German patent will fair?

Second question, if the German patent survives the Nullity hearing I understand that the other two dates pertain to infringement hearings against Netflix on the 27th Jan and Google on the 2nd May.

Similar question, do you believe that both Netflix and Google infringe the patent? Any information from the originator of the patents would be gratefully received. Thanking you in anticipation.
