Pundits have been making that claim for 5 years. It's been several years since Tcp terminated its relationship in a 90 day bailout clause. This was the first legitimate test of Qsep technology in the field and It failed & the contract was terminated. The reason for the termination was vague and confusing but it was pretty obvious that it did not go well. I'm betting the good old boys club in the oil patch got the word out to Kmi. I doubt Mr Kinder will fork over dollar one without real proof.
