Thanks for that. BTW- What do you put the odds (approx.) that we don't significant dip before 2004 election pump (late 2003 into early/mid 2004?)...can it happen IYHO? I'd think, pump or not, odds strongly favor a pullback, and if we don't get one, we could see a decline (% wise) on the order of the 2000 meltdown in late 2004 (otherwise)
