This is exactly how the systems works and CCGI is playing it like a virtuoso. Even if Judge Buckle slams them how long would it take to enforce the judgement. 2 3 4 5 more years. Do you think CCGI will stop the BS press releases NO will CCGI stop any of the BS lined up to sell more share NO. Will this so called judgement hurt them. MAYBE. Let see how they were able to delay it since August. Pushing it past September they didn't have to include it in the last filings. So here we are sitting on December 4th and we have a firm court date for Judge Buckle which is the 15th. Even if she rules on the 15th when will CCGI have to include it in the filings APRIL. Man I hope they move this thing to a conclusion but watching this go on for 3 + years I don't see it ending.
