Forget a "Webside". The company has no presence on the world wide web other than a single generic reference. There is no discussion of the company. In fact, the majority of the Google Search results for it are based on the DECN press release and our discussion of it.
How can one confirm that Macre Diagnosis is a company with the capacity to buy and distribute 2,850,000 units of GenUltimate (representing $15.8 million in sales to DECN) over the next 12 months?
The easiest way for a small company that hasn't shown an ability to develop a domestic market for its products to create a buzz is to allege that they have suddenly found willing foreign customers. Foreign customers that very few people have heard of placing VERY LARGE ORDERS. In this case we are being told that ONE new foreign customer will by itself be providing revenues to this company in the next four quarters equal to FIFTY(50) times the company's sales to ALL its other customers in its latest quarter. Even if such a thing were possible those revenues aren't valuable to the company without the actual payment for them. Is Macre Diagnosis credit worthy to the extent that this alleged order requires?
Investors want to believe this is real...it's in their interest to believe it. Can you offer anything more than "Based on the contacts I have in Bolivia" to support the existence and financial capacity of Macro Diagnosis?
In case you didn't notice it, one of the company's Global distributors was discovered to be headquartered in a small residence in a Las Vegas suburb. I don't think that it's unreasonable to be concerned about the substance of this purported new customer in Bolivia.
