Pretty much best case scenario for CCGI is coming from the magistrate monday morning. Because i doubt 1 person feels bad for a company who stole 2 million dollars from the state of Illinois and the plaintiff saved the job.
My understanding was that the case was already decided in favor of JNSH.
My understanding was the status hearing was an appeal from CCGI. Which they have now lost (at least to some degree).
It sounds to me that CCGI lost the appeal or at least a portion of it and the magistrate has set in place the degree they lost in the appeal (not stated, but it could have been any percentage). Could have been 100%.
My understanding is the court date on the 15th is for the Judge to declare the actual settlement if the two companies don't agree before then (according to the Magistrate).
The court date (12/15) should not have to entail a jury or a verdict of responsibility, only the cost to those already found at fault.
